  1. Reservation Deposit: To confirm your tour with Chic Morocco, a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required. It is important to mention that, although this is the usual procedure, on special occasions, especially with luxury hotels, different conditions may apply.

  2. Deposit Payment Methods: This initial deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit/debit card through our virtual Point of Sale Terminal (POS). It is important to consider that card payments are subject to a 1.4% commission.

  3. Payment of the Remaining Balance: The payment of the remaining balance will be made on the first day of your arrival in Morocco, directly to our guide. This payment can be made in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer, according to your preference.

  4. Post-Deposit Information Required: After making the 25% deposit, it is necessary to provide us with the information of all travelers, including names, surnames, DNI (for Spaniards) or passport number, physical address and contact telephone number. This information is crucial for processing your payment invoice and preparing the package travel contract.

  5. Documentation and Travel Insurance: With the information provided, we will send you your payment invoice and the combined travel contract. In addition, we will offer you the option of taking out extra travel insurance, including cancellation coverage. This insurance is completely optional but highly recommended for added protection.

  6. Accommodation Information and Pick-up Coordination: Once the reservation is confirmed and the deposit is paid, we will email you the list of your reserved accommodations and coordinate the pick-up details in Morocco.
