You must compensate Chic Morocco for the cumulative items, which include management fees (€100) and cancellation fees for your own and/or third party services, if any.

In case of no-show at the scheduled departure time, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid.
However, in cases of force majeure, the customer will be exempted from liability and the amounts paid will be refunded.
It is important to note that any cancellation by the customer is effective from the moment the customer’s desire to cancel becomes known to Chic Morocco. In addition, failure to show up at departure implies the loss of the right to a refund of the amounts paid and the obligation to pay the outstanding amounts, unless the failure to show up is due to force majeure, in which case the amounts paid will be refunded.
